I have to agree with the other 1 star reviews that I would give this place zero stars if possible. There is absolutely nothing luxurious about this apartment complex. For the price they charge, you would expect to get more than what I describe below. -One of the other reviewers mentioned the problem with hot water and he could not be more accurate. One bathtub is all the hot water you will get before running out of hot water. -The vinyl, faux wood flooring was installed very poorly, to the point that there are numerous places where the flooring is coming up or buckling. -The drawers throughout the unit were pre-drilled for screws to be installed, yet the builders simply stapled the drawers together. Not surprising, when you put anything with some weight in the drawers, the drawer will start to come apart (see attached where you can see through the drawer). -One of the light fixtures in the bathroom wasn't even close to being installed flush against the wall. -The refrigerator had a hole in the door when we first moved in where it appeared a screw had been partially screwed in. -The cabinets had scuff marks and dents on them as though they had been used for a couple of years already (likely from construction workers). -There were nails that had not been fully nailed down on the patio. Not only were they not fully nailed down, but they were bent over and painted over. Someone actually took the time to bend it over and paint it, rather than remove it and properly install it. -In the hallways outside of the apartment, the handrails had clearly been moved from their original position as there are massive holes a couple of inches from where the current bolts secure the handrails. No attempt was made to fill in or otherwise cover up the holes. -As mentioned by other reviews, parking is extremely inconvenient. See other reviews for details. -The oven in the kitchen takes FOREVER to pre-heat. If you need to bake something, you need to allot another 30 minutes just to get it ready to use. -The A/C unit is definitely one of the worst I've ever had to use. It takes a very long time to cool off. -The clubhouse is open as of 6/9/2017, but only when the office is open (not 24 hours). The pool is still not open at all and there is still no date other than "soon." The pool is indeed a shallow pool, but I would not call it a "resort-style" pool as the advertisements do. -The pet "spa" is a room with three pet bathing areas, nothing more. -The staff has been pleasant when there are no issues, otherwise I am met with mostly indifference. Had to follow-up on this review to mention that after a very substantial thunderstorm last night, a cupola on top of one of the buildings fell off and crushed the front end of a car last night. If this doesn't epitomize the shoddy construction of this complex, I don't know what does. How can a builder install a cupola so poorly that a strong thunderstorm causes it to become dislodged? The apartment and builder are lucky that no one was standing there as it could've easily killed someone. UPDATE: In response to the manager's comments, the only reason we renewed our lease is that we ran into an issue with the building process of our new house and were forced to remain in an apartment. Having to move to another apartment for a short period of time only to then move into a house doesn't make much sense, so we had to stay. As far as the issues above being addressed is concerned, the only one I can say that has been fully and completely addressed is the pool being open. Parking remains an issue and will always be an issue due to poor design of the complex unless some sort of assigned parking system is put in place. Same thing goes for the dog waste that is littering the property; unless a fully accountable system is put in place (such as dna testing of dog waste), the issue will persist.

The amenities are great, the staff is very friendly, pets (dogs) are accepted at Silver Collections at the Park. However I have to say, I would expect better constructed buildings for the price of a luxury apartment. Before my wife and I moved to Building 8, we moved twice from bldg 2 to bldg 1 due to water flooding the floor from the ceiling. Additionally, a roof cap (100 lbs) fell from a roof and damaged vehicle(s) during a storm months ago.
