  I moved to Bexley because my roommate got a new job and had to move out west. I was looking for an affordable place to live and convenient to shops and food. The 1 Bed, 1 Bath is perfect for just me! Very spacious with a large walk in closet, large patio, plenty of storage, and washer/dryer connections. I can't say enough about the staff - Kristine, Hagen, and Autumn are extremely helpful and very friendly. That is a make or break for me when choosing a place to live. If I don't feel welcomed on the first visit, I won't sign a lease. The maintenance team are also very helpful and friendly - they are on top of your requests, usually same day. I also love the clubhouse, gym, and pool. The clubhouse has a 24 hour business center, and a lounge/private room that is also open 24/7 with cable TV, DVD player, bar area, mini fridge, and complimentary Starbucks coffee! I have taken advantage of this room many times to entertain friends and family. The gym is perfect too! Plenty of space, enough equipment to get a good workout in and open 24/7. The pool is amazing! There is an outdoor veranda type of area with a fireplace, TV, and plenty of seating. They have gas grills and enough tables and chairs for everyone. The icing on the cake is the fire-pit! I have taken full advantage of the cold nights sitting around the fire with friends and other residents.This property is simply one of the best in the area and such a great place to live! I highly recommend swinging by and let them show you around. You might just call Bexley Commons at Rosedale your new home!!
